| Now we want to introduce you our good quality resin--VC-copolymer
MP Resin(MP25, MP45, MP60). It is based on vinyl chloride and vinyl
isobutyl ether, and it is equivalent to BASF's laroflex series but
is much cheaper in price. MP 25/35 is mainly used for base resins
of Anticorrosion paints (Container, marine, steel structure &
industrial paint); MP 45 is mainly for OPP, PE & gravure ink
and MP-60 is for special ink or metal adhesive. We have exported to
EU, Australia, Korea for some time and our customer are all
satisfied with our products. FORM: COLOURLESS THERMOPLASTIC POWDER MP15 15+/-3 mpa. S ( Viscosity ) MP25 25+/-4 mpa. S MP35 35+/-5 mpa. S MP45 45+/-5 mpa. S MP60 60+/-5 mpa. S K Value (Fikentscher) (DIN53726) ca. 35 Chlorine content ca. 44% Density 0.38 - 0.48g/cm3 Moisture 0.40%max. Be used for anti-corrosion coatings, for coatings on galvanized steel, other non-ferrous metals, concrete, fiber cement, for road marking paints, flame-retardant coatings on non-flammable building materials, printing inks, marine and container paints. Good compatibility with other coatings raw materials. Thermal stability allows force drying. Good adhesion on iron, steel and many unrelated coatings systems, good intercoat adhesion. Good resistance of properly formulated coatings to aqueous alkalis and acids, salt solutions, Long lasting corrosion protection even under extreme outdoor conditions. |
